How long have you been in business?
I have been a practicing attorney since 1974.
What is your primary product or service?
I draft special needs trusts and other estate planning documents. I also represent taxpayers before the IRS who are facing tax liens, tax levies, who need to file offers in compromise, or who need to file Tax Court Petitions. I also practice disability and elder law.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Most estate planning attorneys for not familiar with the details of drafting special needs trusts. Also, I am very good at what I do.
What type of payments do you accept?
Checks.
Which areas do you service?
The southwestern quarter of the state of Ohio, including Columbus, Dayton, and Cincinnati.
What are your hours of operation?
I am usually in my office from 9 - 5, Monday through Friday.
