How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I had worked for McAlpins Department stores for 6 years. When they closed there Downtown store, I lost my job as Director of Food Services. I had a years severance pay and a fried of mine owned a travel agency. I asked her if I could come to work for her and learn to be a travel agent and the rest is history.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our agents average over 10 years experince and have traveled the world. We can give you first hand knowledge on most destinations, because "we have been there".
