How long have you been in business?
Promotion Alliance has been in business since January, 2007.
What is your primary product or service?
Promotional products, logo apparel and corporate printing.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have been in print sales for over 20 years and found that many of my customers also used promotional products. It was an easy transition to add promotional products to my print sales offerings.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We differentiate ourselves form other companies by offering many different products under one roof. Also, we have received many compliments about our customer service and response times.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We use the services of many companies all over the US. Provide detailed directions to your location
Because our manufacturing plants are located all over the US, we generally take meetings at convenient third party locations of at the customer's office.
What type of payments do you accept?
Many of our clients qualify for credit terms, but we also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.
Which areas do you service?
Primarily we service West Chester, Cincinnati and Northern KY, but we do have customers all over the US.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Tom Boylson manages most of the companies daily operations. We have an accountant that manages all of our financial affairs.
What are your hours of operation?
Generally, we are available from 9-5 Monday thru Friday. We regularly get calls/e-mails after hours and are happy to help then as well.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
I had a customer tell me one time, "You make it so easy to do business with you!". That was the best compliment I have ever received.
