How long have you been in business?
Dumpin Dogz was established by customer request of our core company, Dreamscapes Unlimited we have been servicing the Cincinnati, and Northern Kentucky Markets since 1997 and even prior!
What is your primary product or service?
We are a pet waste management company that provides timely pet waste removal services for your home or commercial properties.
We also our a Distributor & store for Pet Supplies including major name brands of Professional Pet Waste Stations and Accessories, Dog Park Equipment, Agility Equipment, where you may purchase them directly from our web-site at www.Dumpindogz.com or www.PetStationsPlus.com and have them delivered to your business or home and or have one of our crews install a waste station for you and provide maintenance service on a regular schedule changing bags etc.
We have a online store as well offering some unique gift items.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have been involved in the landscape field for over 30 years. My personal back ground includes several businesses I have started and or helped start as well as many management and executive management positions I have held with fortune 100 companies. My drive for being outside and loving to solve outdoor problems, keeping our yards clean and safe and well maintained , loving nature in general, is my drive for me to be in this field not to mention my love for animals.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
First and foremost we are a very reliable,honest,affordable, and professional business, that takes each and every customer needs serious no matter if it is a small job or a large job to us, all customers are what builds our business and they all are important to us. Further we return customer calls/emails same day always unless the call falls on a Sunday or Holiday then it is on the next business day! (I can not state this enough as I have been thanked for this by hundreds of customers over the years) most say no one even with other landscape/service businesses even call them back. I as well have experienced this with other businesses I have dealt with previously!
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have only one location and we service about a 25 mile radius of the Cincinnati Ohio area.
In the future we will expand to better serve our customer needs.
