We've been in business since 2005.
What is your primary product or service?
Mobile pet grooming, where we bring our fully equipped vans to our client's home or office.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was the manager of a busy salon and a grooming instructor for quite some time. I fully enjoyed what I was doing and the people I worked with; however, I could see the stress that was placed on pets coming into the noisy salon and the separation anxiety. After investigating other cities' solutions, I became convinced that Cincinnati pet owners would appreciate having their pet groomed one-on-one at home.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We strive to provide the best possible service while keeping it as affordable as possible. We use the finest products, supplies and tools possible. Our focus is on the safety and comfort of each pet, while giving the highest quality groom possible. We take great pride in each pet's groom as an individual.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We recently expanded, so now we have two vans and offer our grooming services six days a week. This has allowed us to maximize our efficiency, keep costs down for our clients, and allowed us to serve more clients than ever before. We get many referrals from happy clients and make every attempt to provide service to every one of them.

As we are a mobile service, our location is wherever our clients are! We are based out of Monfort Heights in Green Township.
What type of payments do you accept?
For the convenience of our clientele, we do accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover as well as personal checks. There is a nominal fee for returned checks, as they do cost us.
Which areas do you service?
We are mainly on Cincinnati's west side, but we do go to other areas whenever possible.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
We are a family owned and operated business. All of us are in the family and have worked together professionally for several years.
What are your hours of operation?
Mon through Fri, 8 a.m. through early evening. Sat, 9 a.m. through late afternoon. Grooming is done by appointment.
