Founded in 1998, Capital Real Estate Partners, LLC was formed to provide a variety of real estate and strategic planning services to institutional, corporate, industrial and retail and municipal clients involved with office, industrial and retail property types. We are a Native American, woman owned business.
We provide value added solutions for our clients in the following 5 service disciplines:
Brokerage – corporate services, tenant & buyer representation, landlord & seller representation, investment sales.
Management – both property and facilities
Construction – both “ground up” and tenant finish construction services
Development Services – land analysis, feasibility studies, investment analysis, project funding, deal structuring, etc.
Real Estate Consulting – Lease administration, lease auditing, investment analysis, market studies, opinions of value, mortgage brokerage services, energy management audits, expert witness testimony, etc.
Headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, Capital Real Estate Partners, LLC has been engaged by a wide variety of office, industrial and retail clients ranging from Fortune 500 to local and regional entities. We are willing to go anywhere in the world to service the needs of our clients. However, the predominant amount of work currently being handled by Capital Real Estate Partners is transacted within the Greater Cincinnati, Columbus, Dayton, Northern Kentucky, Lexington and Louisville markets.
Our management team has in excess of 75 years combined experience in corporate & governmental real estate, real estate accounting, property management, and the leasing, development and financing of commercial real estate. How long have you been in business?
Since 1998.
What is your primary product or service?
Commercial real estate services. Brokerage, property management, construction, development and consulting services for the office, industrial and retail business sectors.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Became interested in the business in 1985 when I was looking for an alternate career path. I was previously in the business consulting arena with Andersen Consulting - the company that is now known as Accenture. While I enjoyed the work, the long stints of travel outside the greater Cincinnati area just didn't appeal to me.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are consultants first and foremost. Many, if not most, of our competitors would more accurately be described as sales organizations. We approach clients' real estate issues in quite a different manner, and develop solutions that tend to be more in line with our clients' strategic goals and objectives. Couple this with the fact that we are the only commercial real estate services firm that offers a value add guarantee on any and all work performed, and we truly are a unique player in the commercial real estate services industry.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have three office locations and don't intend to expand at this point in time.

We have worked primarily in the Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky region, but our clients have taken us to just about every state in the country.

Owned by Craig & Pennie Roberts.
What are your hours of operation?
Offices are open Monday - Friday 8;00 to 5:00, but many times we are working well beyond these times to service client requirements.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
We've already been given it. The CFO of a publicly traded company explained that our services go so far above and beyond those provided by other commercial real estate service companies that we're literally not playing in the same league. We have always believed that, of course, but it is nice when our clients recognize and acknowledge it!
What is your favorite quote or Bible verse?
Too many to count on both fronts, but here's one that jumps out at the moment: "People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care." We really do care about the individuals we work with and their businesses. We work very hard to give them more than they ever imagined they would receive when they hire us!
